How to make Barley Porridge / How to make Barley Kanji
- To prepare barley porridge, add 2 tbsp of our barley porridge mix
- In a pot, combine with 1 cups of water mix well to avoid lumps
- Start cooking in a open pot and Bring it to boil and cook in sim for 5 mins
- Add pinch of salt.
- Keep Stiring until the porridge becomes creamy. Serve with your favorite toppings like steamed vegetables
