Our Foxtail Millet Flour/Thinai is a homemade product made from 100% Foxtail Millets which is activated by soaking in fresh water for 8 hours. 

Foxtail Millet is also known as Kangni in Hindi, Thinai in Tamil and malayalam , Korra in Telugu, Navane in Kannada

Rich in Fiber, Proteins and essential B vitamins which is required for a healthy nervous system and brain growth. It does not contain any gluten and a perfect substitute for Rice, Wheat, Maida flours in your daily foods.

Freshly prepared in small batches using locally grown grains which are washed, soaked in water for 8 hours, sun dried, dry roasted and grinded to flour.
