Our Sprouted Jowar flour is a homemade product made from 100% Sprouted Sorghum ( Jowar / Cholam )
Rich in Protein and Amino acid which is good for kids. It was used to make Dosa even before rice was used. It is commonly used to make Rotis, Chapati , Dosa, Idly and Paniyaram (steamed south Indian Snack)
Freshly prepared in small batches using locally grown grains which are washed, soaked in water for 8 hours, sprouted (Germinated), dry roasted and grinded to flour.
How to use 🍛
This is a perfect substitute to foods that can be made using wheat or rice flour
