How to make Barley Porridge / How to make Barley Kanji

  • To prepare barley porridge, add 2 tbsp of our barley porridge mix
  • In a pot, combine with 1 cups of water mix well to avoid lumps
  • Start cooking in a open pot and Bring it to boil and cook in sim for 5 mins
  • Add pinch of salt.
  • Keep Stiring until the porridge becomes creamy. Serve with your favorite toppings like steamed vegetables
